Overall Physical Training is a complex of training sessions focused on balanced development and improvement of fighter‘s physical condition. OPT is the core of the training process of all our sportsmen.

 

Ultimate Fighting Zone instructors aim to improve the quality of the following key skills:

  • Dexterity
  • Flexibility

 

OPT combines the proven most effective athletic, power lifting, cross-fit and UFZ own methodology exercises in order to achieve the best training results.

 

We use top of the market equipment, multifunctional gyms of Capital Gym sports complex and adapt the training programs to suit the needs of every sportsman in accordance with his/her current physical condition.

 

Overall Physical Training is necessary for achievement of the following goals:

 

  • Health improvement
  • Development of the overall and specialized physical skills
  • General improvement of physical capability
  • Effective use of motor skills

 

Starting from September, 2016 the „Champion Path“ project has been launched to assist popularization of active&healthy lifestyle. The project includes a weekly free of charge workout with the UFZ club members under supervision of a qualified instructor. The  workout is available to all participants aged 14+.

 

Please join us every Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and Monday evening at 8 p.m. at Valdeku 33, Riga.
