ММА (Mixed Martial Arts) –  is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.

The term “Mixed Martial Arts” was introduced in 1995 by Rick Blume, the president of early MMA organization Battlecade.
Today, MMA tournaments are sought after due to the enormous range of various techniques and moves previously not allowed on the tournaments of a different format.
Minimal safety requirements allow to hold absolute fight, which requires universal fighting skills, instant reaction and situation analysis, agility and physical strength of the competitors.
Ultimate Fighting Zone had developed a unique methodology of training based on a synthesized IUKK techniques, Jiu-Jitsu, traditional martial arts styles, classical strength and functional workouts.
We concentrate on the most effective and resultative methods, which are based on individual approach and which take all personal qualities of the fighter into an account, as this facilitates the development of a personal fighting style for each individual.
The training sessions take place at the specially equipped gyms and on the designated open air locations depending on the training agenda and targets.
Five-level program allows to develop general essential skills, to expand the personal fighting technique range and to reach the best results gradually, thus eliminating the risk of injuries caused by overload.
Group sessions are divided into two streams and are suitable for the beginners and the professional martial artists of different age.
